why i started growthsub
A decade ago, I was a tech product marketer, and I found myself doing lots of repetitive tasks. Analyzing CRM reports meant downloading CSVs, reformatting data, and running VLOOKUPs. Collecting customer feedback meant customers were entering details that we already had or could easily get online. I saw enterprise technology firms transforming their workflows–with the help of expensive consulting contracts.
I knew there had to be a better way, so I built one.
Business owners and operators like you save dozens of hours because they're not looking up information that a workflow can generate for them; they're not staring at blank screens with creative blocks halting their progress. Where does the name come from?
Growth + Subcontractor.
It's pretty simple. Our goal is to be your partner for growth. Operations are vital to a business, but they don't always age well. When you're remodeling a house, you need good subcontractors to reconfigure your systems - electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc. The same goes for business workflows.
what's with the logo?
Everything I learned, I learned in chemistry lab.
I invested a lot of my early education and career into chemistry. The excitement I felt after dozens of failed experiments yielded to a successful result is only matched by the "Eureka!" moments when an AI model or an n8n automation finally work. I had to give a nod to my source of problem-solving inspiration.
